Who You Talk To

You talk to an independent local provider. Not a big call center script. Not a salesperson for Freedomvessel Pest Control. Each provider in our network runs their own business and does their own work.

Freedomvessel Pest Control is the link between you and them. That is all.

What Happens on the Call

Expect a few simple questions. What are you seeing? Where in the house? How long has it been going on? Are there kids or pets at home?

You may be asked for photos or a short description. The provider then explains next steps. That may be a visit, an inspection, or advice on what to try first. Availability varies, so ask about timing early.

If you need a visit that fits around work or school, say so. Many providers can plan around it.

What to Ask a Provider

A few good questions save trouble later:

• Are you licensed and insured for this work here?
• What pest or animal do you think this is, and why?
• What will the visit involve, and how long will it take?
• Are the products safe for kids and pets? Do we need to leave the house?
• Is the quote in writing? What does it include?
• Do you offer follow-up visits, and are they part of the price?
• What can I do myself to help?

The last one is useful. Homeowners can often cut off food, fix leaks, clear clutter and seal small gaps. Serious jobs, such as termites, bed bugs or animals in walls, need professional tools and training.

A match is not a contract. You can ask questions, compare quotes and say no. There is no obligation. If a provider is not the right fit, tell us and we can look at other options.
